Last year the Utah State Senate sponsored an art competition to award scholarships to high school students. The good news? They will be doing it again this year! The deadline last year was early November, so until they release the rules for this year, we should assume it will be the same.
The focus will be on the Architectural Elements of the 100 year old building and the artwork must be 2-D, the following media are eligible: oil, pen and ink, watercolor, printmaking, graphic design, and digital drawing. Here is the link to last year's additional info.
